Sharia Wills

Islam recommends that every Muslim should have a Will (al-wasiyya). We are able to assist Muslims through managing the drafting of Sharia compliant Wills and discussing all relevant issues in regard to succession planning.

Our team are multilingual and speak English, Arabic, French, Filipino, Hindi and Malayalam. We only work with the most highly skilled legal practitioners who hold an above exceptional understanding of Sharia law in relation to wills and estate planning.

Our STEP certified team includes several multinational lawyers who can work with you to help understand who is entitled to benefit from your estate and ensure your will is valid under both Sharia law and your country of residence.

Non-Muslim Wills

Our team are either STEP Certified, practising Solicitors in the UK or Legal Consultants in the United States or Kazakhstan. We have extensive knowledge of UK and UAE will, estate planning law, UK inheritance tax matters and how these apply to both expatriates in the UAE, and UAE nationals with property in the UK.

Do I need a Will?

If you are non-Muslim and have assets in the UAE, you should have a valid, registered non-Muslim Will to set out the division of your assets.
